A returnable security deposit of £150.00 is required and we would ask you to include it with the final balance. This deposit against breakages or damage will be returned to you after your departure less any deductions.

The 25% deposit is non refundable. It would be advisable to take out a travel insurance policy which would cover a cancellation charge.

I have read the terms and conditions attached to this booking form and I am authorised to accept them on behalf of my party who will be staying at Trethias Lodge on St Merryn Park during the rental period.
